Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Valuer within the Metropolitan Valuation Team to lead valuations and report writing for commercial and residential assets. You will work with colleagues in London and Hyderabad to deliver precise valuations while driving efficiency and ensuring compliant processes.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with some in-office and remote days. The ideal candidate holds MRICS, has strong valuation software skills (Argus Enterprise/Developer and Excel), and can manage complex data with

Qualifications

MRICS qualified or equivalent, with relevant post-Qualified experience.
Knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.
Proficiency in valuation software and tools such as Argus Enterprise & Developer and Excel.
Proficiency in reporting and data analytical tools to drive operational efficiency.
Good understanding of property market trends and factors influencing values.
Knowledge of regulations and standards in property valuation.
Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and also operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

Lead valuation and advisory work for loan security purposes.
Conduct property inspections and assist senior valuers with complex inspections.
Collaborate with Hyderabad and London valuation teams on the process and quality control.
Manage opportunity records up to execution and perform valuation modelling.
Prepare reports and support revenue recognition and paperwork.
Support senior members with business development, RFPs and pitches.
Train and mentor junior team members to develop management skills.
