Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and Excel; Power BI knowledge is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support European Cross-Border Valuation assignments with project management, valuation review and reporting
• Conduct valuation and advisory work for loan security, fund reporting and investments
• Perform property inspections across UK and EMEA and assist senior valuers with complex inspections
• Collaborate with Hyderabad and London teams to ensure high quality valuations and drive efficiency
• Prepare reports and assist with revenue recognition and paperwork
• Support senior staff with business development, RFPs and pitches
• Mentor junior team members and share market intelligence
