Job summary

Eden Brown is recruiting Associate Director - Programme Management for a major public sector life sciences and infrastructure programme in the Surrey/London area. You will provide programme leadership across a portfolio of secured projects, ensuring delivery from inception through to completion in a highly regulated environment.

You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders, consultants and contractors to drive performance across cost, schedule, risk and quality, while mentoring project

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure and major capital projects.
• Strong client-side stakeholder management capability.
• Experience working within a 2-stage Design & Build environment.
• Excellent commercial, financial and programme management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex infrastructure and capital projects.
• Manage project managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Build and maintain strong client-side stakeholder relationships.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting and change control.
• Lead risk management and governance processes.
• Oversee consultant and contractor performance.
• Provide strategic reporting and programme updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract management and programme assurance activities.
