Job summary

Colliers is seeking an Associate Director - PMO Manager to lead governance, reporting and controls on a Life Sciences client programme. You will partner with client stakeholders, Colliers leadership and in-country teams to ensure delivery aligns with governance standards across markets.

The role requires senior PMO experience, expert reporting skills, and the ability to drive risk management, issue resolution and knowledge sharing across multi-market projects. London based with global reach.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in PMO, programme controls or related roles.
• Experience supporting complex multi-country programmes.
• Strong skills in programme reporting, dashboards, risk & issue management.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; capable of senior stakeholder packs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; concise management reporting.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage time-zone challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management with client-side teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance for client capital projects, including stage-gate reviews.
• Produce weekly/monthly governance reporting and dashboards.
• Maintain RAID logs, risk reviews, and action tracking across portfolios.
• Prepare agendas, papers, governance packs and meeting minutes.
• Support onboarding and mobilisation of delivery teams and consultants.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvements.
