Job summary

Taylor & Francis is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Inside Sales to lead the global renewals and retention strategy for our ebooks and journals portfolio. You will drive a transition to protective subscription models, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate across commercial functions to maximize customer lifetime value.

You will shape propositions for smaller accounts, monitor KPIs, and work with senior stakeholders to optimize third-party management and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in inside sales leadership, with a track record in renewals and retention in B2B environments.
• Experience transitioning customers to subscription or protective business models.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and drive revenue preservation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Inside Sales team focused on renewals and account retention.
• Develop and implement proactive retention strategies to maximize renewal rates.
• Analyze renewal trends and identify at-risk accounts for targeted interventions.
• Forecast renewal revenue and provide strategic insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Success, Product and Marketing to improve customer experience and adoption.
