• Senior-level experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy.
• Proven background in infrastructure and utilities.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong client relationships and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveying / commercial professionals.
• Oversee the delivery of projects across infrastructure and utilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow existing accounts.
• Support bids, tenders and proposals for new work.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts.
• Take commercial oversight of projects and commissions.
• Support the development and progression of team members.
• Work closely with the wider leadership team on growth and delivery.
