Parna Recruitment is working on behalf of a confidential client to appoint an Associate Director within its Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy team in Manchester. This senior role requires infrastructure and utilities experience, plus proven leadership, business development and client relationship skills.

The successful candidate will lead a team delivering projects, develop key accounts and help grow the business in the infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial oversight of projects and commissions.

Associate Director – Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy

Location: Manchester

Parna Recruitment is working on behalf of a confidential client looking to appoint an Associate Director within its Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy team.

This is a senior role for someone with a strong background in infrastructure and utilities, combined with proven experience in business development, client management and team leadership.

The successful person will play an important role in developing client relationships, growing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and leading a team delivering projects across the infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveying / commercial professionals

What we are looking for

• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience

Professional accreditation such as RICS would be advantageous but is not essential.

This could suit an existing Associate Director or Associate, or someone operating at a similar senior level who is ready to take on broader responsibility.
