The Vacancy

RSK LDE, an RSK Group company, is recruiting for an Associate Director – Infrastructure Team Lead to join the team based in Exeter, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

In this role, you will help lead our team, support key projects, and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality results. You will also play an important role in growing the newly established Exeter team and supporting the development of junior staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, lead, and deliver departmental workloads on all projects, utilizing team members, on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with the Regional Director on the preparation of the annual Business Plan and Sales Forecast.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Director and Administrator on monthly invoicing to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Conduct PDRs and hold regular 'one-to-one' discussions with team members, providing feedback to the Regional Director.
  • Serve as a single point of contact within RSK for their team's projects.
  • Provide Expert Witness services when required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency with design software relevant to their field.
  • Understanding and implementation of Designer’s duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Knowledge of legislation and technical/design standards in their field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Degree or HNC level education.
  • Chartered or Incorporated member of a relevant institution (e.g., ICE, IStructE, CIWEM, CIOB) - preferable but not essential.
