Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure projects involving inground services, roads, and bridges.
• Understanding of NEC Option A & C.
• Sound knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, and contract law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of exceptional safety, quality, and cost standards.
• Manage estimating and cost planning, including ownership of cost plans.
• Ensure operational compliance with business and legislative obligations.
