Job summary

A leading consultancy provider in the UK is looking for an Associate Director-level Estimating professional to lead the estimating team. This role involves producing accurate cost plans and estimates for various projects in the Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have proven estimating management experience and qualifications in Estimating or Quantity Surveying. You'll also be part of a dynamic team that promotes good practices and manages client relationships, contributing to the exciting growth of the firm's projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Estimating Management experience required.
• Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of accurate estimates and cost plans.
• Promote estimating good practices within the company.
• Manage bids for new work alongside Directors.

Skills

Estimating Management experience

Knowledge of estimating software packages

Leadership and team management

Experience in Infrastructure sector

Education

Qualified in Estimating or Quantity Surveying

Desirable membership of RICS / CIOB / A. Cost E.
