Qualifications

• 5 years of experience providing quantity surveying service on projects exceeding GBP 5m.
• Experience in both pre and post contract services.
• Experience working within a consultancy environment is strongly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post contract activities including procurement and project finances.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and financial analysis for the Client.
• Identify and assess project risks, providing proactive advice to avoid disputes.
