Job summary

Premier Research seeks a Project Manager - Interactive Response Technology to join our IRT team. You help biotech, medtech, and pharma sponsors translate ideas into medicines and devices, delivering compliant clinical study systems.

You will lead requirements gathering, oversee development and validation of IRT systems (including eCOA components), and manage client meetings, timelines, budgets, and licensing considerations throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in a client-facing IRT project management role.
• Knowledge of randomization methodologies and supply strategies.
• Understanding of ICH/GCP, FDA guidance, and EU directives.
• Experience with eCOA and IRT system design is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze study protocols to understand study needs and requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering with study teams and sponsors.
• Oversee development and validation of IRT systems and eCOA components.
• Manage client meetings, project timelines, and budgets across the SDLC.
• Coordinate licensing/usage terms with license holders when applicable.
