Job summary

The Associate Director will lead multi-disciplinary HEOR/HTA projects and be a trusted partner for US-based clients across early value strategy, payer readiness, and evidence translation.

The role encompasses project leadership, delivery accountability, and potential business development.

Qualifications

• Lead and advise HEOR delivery teams for US-based clients across multiple project types.
• Translate value evidence to payer-facing communications including dossiers and decks.
• Provide strategic direction for global evidence and value development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise HEOR project teams and ensure timely delivery of complex programmes.
• Provide strategic project leadership and direction on HEOR/HTA/Market Access engagements.
• Contribute to business development including project scoping, proposals and budgets.
• Collaborate with global experts across Lumanity to deliver integrated client solutions.
