Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Head of High Throughput Laboratory to lead and grow the HT laboratory supporting our somatic genomics platform. You will guide histology, flow cytometry and molecular biology teams to deliver reproducible multi-omic data aligned with portfolio priorities.

You will partner with scientific leadership, automation and project management to implement scalable processes, drive quality, safety and data integrity, and plan for future capability

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and developing multidisciplinary laboratory teams.
• Proven track record operating and scaling high-throughput laboratory environments.
• Strong understanding of genomics and multi-omics workflows.
• Experience implementing operational improvements for quality and scalability.
• Ability balance day-to-day delivery with long-term capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of Scientific Managers and researchers to deliver high-quality data.
• Translate strategy into laboratory delivery plans meeting milestones with safety and compliance.
• Provide leadership across Histology, Flow Cytometry, Molecular Biology and Sample Management.
• Partner with project management, assay development and automation to align plans.
• Develop and improve scalable lab systems and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and drive capacity planning and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for investment in infrastructure and staffing.
• Build career pathways and develop next-generation leaders.
• Foster collaboration across Research, Data Science and external partners.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
