Job summary

Quotient Therapeutics is seeking an experienced drug development project leader to coordinate cross‑functional teams across discovery, translational medicine, biology and development strategy.

You will manage governance dashboards, budgets, risks and external partners, report to the Chief Development Officer, and contribute to exec reviews. UK or US site options support a flexible, global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field.
• Proven track record applying PM methods in complex, matrixed environments; 5–10 years in drug development.
• Knowledge of drug discovery, clinical development and regulatory strategy.
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and AI/knowledge management tech.

Responsibilities

• Translate drug development strategy into integrated, detailed project plans across functions.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, escalate to leads, coordinate mitigation plans.
• Schedule and run project meetings, track decisions and actions.
• Build dashboards and logs for Exec/Board reviews.
• Coordinate external partners (CROs) ensuring deliverables and timelines.
• Forecast and track resources across projects and the pipeline.
• Coordinate budgets and track spend vs. plan.
• Establish structured risk and issue management processes.
• Support regulatory/documentation needs for submissions.
• Maintain repositories for plans and data, enhancing transparency.
• Drive continuous operational improvements for the DD matrix team.
• Support pipeline strategy with Research Ops and Strategy teams.
