Job summary

Xeinadin is seeking an Associate Director to lead a high‑impact client portfolio from our Shenfield office. You will win and manage key clients, provide strategic tax and advisory guidance, and shape our service delivery to drive growth and profitability.

As a fully qualified professional, you will lead a small team, set standards for technical excellence, and ensure compliance with regulations while promoting Xeinadin’s values and client‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• All round knowledge of accounts finalisation, business advisory and tax in the Micro and SME sectors.
• Fully qualified with Practising Certificate ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Win, manage and grow own portfolio of clients.
• Provide industry leading insights, solutions and advice to build the firm’s reputation and client base.
• Promote the products, services and image of the firm to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, Directors and staff.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning to deliver revenue and profit growth.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high performing team delivering excellent client service and meeting billing targets.
