Job summary

Ipsos in the UK is seeking an Associate Research Director for the International Social Research team to lead delivery of high-profile quantitative, multi-country research programmes from design through reporting. The role is based in London, with flexibility to travel and a hybrid 3 days per week in the office.

You will work with diverse clients from UN, EU to global health organisations, build proposals, manage teams and budgets, and apply rigorous methodology while developing ISR's

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale multi-country international surveys from design to reporting.
• Strong methodological expertise in survey research.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and manage complex projects.
• Experience with international organisations and policy-related research.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale international research programmes from design to reporting and dissemination.
• Direct multi-country studies involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, Ipsos teams and delivery partners.
• Develop proposals to win new work and grow existing client relationships.
• Coach and develop colleagues to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Oversee survey implementation and fieldwork delivery across online, telephone, and mixed-mode methodologies.
• Lead production of high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Utilize AI tools to improve outputs and deliver high-quality results.
