Ipsos Public Affairs is seeking an experienced Research Manager in London to lead quantitative or mixed-methods studies for policy impact. You will manage projects, design questionnaires, and produce insights for high-profile stakeholders.

You will work across policy teams and support business development while mentoring junior colleagues. The role offers hybrid working arrangements with travel to client sites and offices in London, Manchester and Edinburgh.

Formación

• Excellent quantitative research skills and ability to manage projects end-to-end.
• Experience in designing questionnaires and data collection tools.
• Ability to interpret data and craft insights and narratives.
• Experience contributing to proposals and business development activities.
• Strong project management and supplier coordination abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and focus on solutions.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with clients.
• Clear written and spoken English with versatile writing styles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quantitative or mixed-methods research projects from inception to final reports and presentations.
• Write and contribute to research proposals to win new work and develop skills.
• Mentor and train junior researchers, with potential line management duties.
• Collaborate with policy, energy, environment, and transport teams and internal experts.
