Qualifications

• Ability to develop client relationships, manage workstreams and deliver on time and budget.
• Exceptional presentation, client-facing and written communication skills.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

Secretariat has established a dedicated General Insurance Consulting practice in the UK and Ireland, and we are looking for senior insurance professionals who are interested in helping shape and grow an ambitious new platform.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing advisory practice with significant growth objectives and a clear mandate to support clients across some of the most important issues facing the insurance market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Our initial areas of focus include:
• Transactions, including due diligence and deal support
• Business transformation and operational improvement
• Risk, regulation and compliance
• litigation, claims and expert-led dispute support
• We are recruiting across all of our areas of focus and have an immediate requirement for the following positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong track record in the insurance sector, ideally combining industry experience with consulting, advisory or expert services experience
• Understanding of the insurance lifecycle including an understanding of insurance operating models.
• Exposure to insurance transactions, post transition strategies, regulatory framework, implementation of new regulations and assisting insurers in dealing with regulatory challenges would also be an advantage
• Proven ability to develop client relationships, project workstreams, mentor junior analysts, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget
• Exceptional presentation, client-facing, and written communication skills
