Associate Director - FMCG Consumer Insights

A well-established Insight Consultancy, utilizing a blend of custom-built technology and expertise, helps global FMCG clients improve products and understand consumer journeys.
Working with many of the world's largest FMCG companies, they deliver insights to support consumer experience, new product development, and shopper understanding.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will lead all aspects of the research process, building strong partnerships with top brand clients.
You will focus on providing value-added insights, storytelling, and strategic recommendations to aid high-level decision-making. Impressive communication and presentation skills are essential.
Ideal candidates are confident, experienced researchers at Senior Research Manager or Associate Director level in a consumer research agency.
An entrepreneurial, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required, along with opportunities for autonomy and career growth.
