What you will do

The Associate Director will be responsible for the direct and indirect channels in the European Region, reporting directly to the Vice President, International. Your primary focus will be to increase market share and profitability across the Intrusion portfolio, driving expansion in challenging markets with a metro-market strategy and leading a significant team.

You will aim to achieve the strategic and financial objectives outlined in our commercial strategic plan, focusing on profitable growth and margin expansion by deploying appropriate go-to-market structures and building organizational capabilities across sales, operations, and support functions.

You will operate in a vibrant environment that leverages your leadership experience and industry knowledge of contracting businesses throughout Europe to deliver regional business goals.

How you will do it

You will build organizational capacity by fostering sales and operational excellence, empowering teams to perform and take accountability. Leveraging your knowledge of the contracting sector, you will enhance market penetration through strategic accounts and partner networks, supporting new account acquisition and growth within existing accounts. You will provide leadership in defining strategies and driving profitable volume growth, collaborating with channel and product leaders to identify market opportunities and working with commercial excellence teams to ensure seamless integration across Johnson Controls' business units.

You are an entrepreneurial, commercially savvy leader with technical proficiency in security products. Self-motivated and independent, you will approach issues from a multi-functional perspective, developing strategies for long-term success.
