The Associate Director will be responsible for the direct and indirect channels in the European Region, reporting directly to the Vice President, International. Your primary focus will be to increase market share and profitability across the Intrusion portfolio, driving expansion and growth in challenging markets with a metro-market strategy, and leading a significant employee team.
You will focus on achieving the strategic and financial objectives outlined in our commercial strategic plan, emphasizing profitable growth and margin expansion by deploying appropriate go-to-market structures for each business line and building organizational capability within sales, operations, and support functions across the region.

As Associate Director, you will build organizational capacity by fostering sales and operational excellence, empowering teams to drive performance and accountability. Your extensive knowledge of the contracting sector in Europe will help leverage strategic accounts and partner networks to improve market penetration, support new account acquisition, and increase opportunities within existing accounts. You will provide critical leadership in defining strategy and driving profitable volume growth, collaborating with other channel and product leaders to identify market opportunities and engaging with commercial excellence teams to ensure effective integration with other JCI business units.
