Responsibilities:

  • Leading environmental work coordination and delivery, including EIA, options appraisals, and environmental management.
  • Managing a team of environmental professionals and promoting high standards of environmental performance within multidisciplinary projects.
  • Compiling and editing reports, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Managing client relationships professionally, supporting bid preparation, and developing new business areas.
  • Engaging in CPD activities aligned with your professional institute’s requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Masters in environmental or science disciplines; Chartership mandatory.
  • Significant postgraduate experience, preferably in consultancy and major infrastructure projects.
  • Deep knowledge of the EIA process and technical expertise.
  • Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams, strong report writing, presentation, and review skills.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure, communicate effectively, and adapt to new challenges, including working at various AtkinsRéalis or client locations.
