WPP Media, a leading AI-driven media operating unit, seeks an Associate Director to steer implementational planning across Europe from London. You will drive regional campaigns, align local market strategies, and collaborate with Delhi to ensure execution excellence.

Ideal candidates bring extensive platform experience, strong project leadership, and a deep understanding of the EMEA media landscape, with a focus on Spain and Italy. This is a London-based, hybrid role offering significant growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive on-platform experience with Meta, TikTok, DV360 or other DSP, and Google Ads.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA media landscape, with Spain and Italy experience.
• Knowledge of media planning fundamentals (reach, frequency, channels, formats).
• Regularly contributes to platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead local campaign strategies for key markets, tailoring approaches for Spain and Italy to ensure local resonance.
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee campaign execution across the EMEA region.
• Bridge between London office and Delhi hub to ensure output aligns with client expectations.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align on strategy and operational standards.
• Drive automation and efficiency across EMEA workstreams.
