Bring your skills to the role of Associate Director in Electrical Engineering.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in electrical engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects both at home and abroad.

We specialize in all aspects of electrical engineering across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and during construction phases. If you're passionate about this industry, we'd love to hear from you.

We currently have opportunities in our Manchester office.

Your Purpose:

• Own and direct teams undertaking high-quality technical design work following relevant standards and codes.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Set quality assurance standards in design.
• Grow, develop, and manage electrical engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring:

• Chartered Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control centres, electrical installations in industrial environments, HAZOP, DSEAR/ATEX, SLD/BCD production, earthing, bonding, and familiarity with UK standards.
