Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated consultant to fulfill the roles of Associate Director or Director. This position involves working within our senior leadership team to lead service delivery, develop our team, and grow our consultancy offerings, particularly for Defence/Public sector real estate clients. The role includes recruiting, leading, and developing a team of consultants.

Accountabilities (Deliverables)

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities.
  • Expand our services in defence and public sector real estate.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of consultants.
  • Support clients throughout project lifecycles, including scoping, business cases, procurement, and reporting.
  • Build internal relationships within advisory, infrastructure, real estate, and natural resources sectors to support business growth.

Responsibilities (Duties)

  • Lead project and delivery teams effectively.
  • Ensure client requirements are accurately identified, scoped, and delivered to high standards.
  • Drive business growth through tenders, bid responses, and client relationship management.
  • Develop and deliver consultancy offerings in defence and public sector real estate.
  • Build and manage a team to meet commercial and technical targets.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and capabilities.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational management as part of the senior leadership.
  • Lead business development activities, including proposal writing and tender support.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Membership of a recognized professional institution.
