Associate Director / Director of Project Management – Office Investment - London

This role is with a mid-sized, multi-award-winning commercial consultancy known for its innovative approach to projects within London's office market. Due to ongoing growth, they are expanding their team and seeking an Associate Director level Project Manager with experience in landlord CAT A+ office fit-out to lead this service line and business unit.

The Role:

• Project Management: Manage projects from initial client engagement and design through to delivery, focusing on complex investor-side redevelopment, asset repositioning, and CAT A+ office fit-out projects valued around £10 million.
• Business Development: Utilize existing relationships to expand the business by networking and engaging with landlord/investor clients to promote services and showcase expertise.
• Business/Team Management: Hire, manage, and mentor a dedicated project management team within the office investment sector, and report on service line strategy to the executive team.

Requirements:

• MRICS / MAPM qualification with a BSc in Project Management.
• Approximately 10+ years of project management experience within the investor/landlord CAT A+ space and occupier CAT B office sector.
• Proven track record in client engagement and business development in the office market.
• Experience in team growth and management or a strong desire to develop these skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of leading a growing service line reporting to executive level.
• Personality: Fun, social, ambitious, and commercially astute.
