Responsibilities

• Prepare and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations.
• Advise landlords and tenants on lease-end liabilities.
• Inspect buildings and produce detailed reports.
• Manage dilapidations instructions from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor junior surveyors.
• Support business development and identify opportunities.
