  • You improve communication between Operations, Finance, Technology, and other business functions to ensure work moves efficiently across teams.
  • You monitor operational performance and key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
  • You develop a detailed understanding of AMRA's digital data pipelines, operational processes, and reporting workflows to help resolve complex issues and identify future opportunities.
  • You build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, department leaders, and engineering teams, including KTech.
  • You help establish governance frameworks that improve communication, accountability, and workflow management across Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets and translate them into practical business solutions.
  • Advanced SQL skills are essential, with experience querying, analysing, and validating large operational datasets.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical or operational concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across Operations, Finance, Technology, and senior leadership teams.
  • A genuine interest in digital music, licensing, technology, and operational excellence.
Additional Skills That Could Add Value:
  • Experience working within music publishing, digital media, technology, or rights management.
  • Knowledge of digital service providers (DSPs), digital licensing, or royalty administration.
