Job summary

CRS in London is seeking an Associate Director to help grow its UK digital infrastructure financing business, with a focus on data centres and corporate real estate finance. The role involves broad involvement across client relationships, origination, structuring, credit, transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital infrastructure, infrastructure or project finance.
• Data centre financing exposure strongly preferred.
• Corporate real estate finance experience would be valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the UK digital infrastructure financing business.
• Manage client relationships across origination, structuring, credit and execution.
• Contribute across portfolio management and transaction execution.
