Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans (both syndicated and bilateral).
• Review finance documents with the client ahead of loan closing and manage them through the life of the loan.
• Build financial models and track key milestones such as conditions subsequent, construction progress, and borrower reporting in line with loan documentation.
• Liaise with borrowers, agents, and their representatives to ensure timely submission of required reports and information.
• Support the client with restructurings, amendments, waivers, and other ad hoc borrower requests.
• Review draft transfers, waterfall calculations, redemption statements, and other financial documentation.

Prior experience in CRE Asset Management role is essential to complete the role successfully.
