Job Description:

A renowned, market-leading Real Estate Finance organisation in Central London is seeking a driven and resourceful Associate Director, CRE Advisory Servicing (Loan Agency) to join its dynamic Credit Administration team.

This is a standout opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in loan servicing, ideally within European commercial real estate finance. Knowledge of securitised products—particularly the servicer’s role in CMBS and CLO transactions—is a plus but not essential. This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 days homeworking.

Responsibilities – Associate Director, CRE Advisory Servicing (Loan Agency)

• Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans.
• Work closely with Legal and external counsel, reviewing relevant finance documents before loan closing and during the loan's life.
• Create financial models, diarise conditions subsequent, construction milestones, and other significant events, including borrower reporting, in-line with finance documents.
• Liaise with borrowers and their representatives to ensure timely reporting and provision of information as required under finance documents.
• Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and their lawyers regarding loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers, and other ad hoc requests.
• Process transfers, set up waterfalls, and review back-office calculations.
• Liaise with project monitors, borrowers, and lenders regarding drawdowns and lender splits, if required.
• Instruct valuations.
