Job Description

Due to the growth of our Data Centre Team in the UK, we seek Associate and Project Directors (Cost Management) with proven sector experience. You will manage large, complex Data Centre projects and aim to establish Turner & Townsend as the top consultancy for Hi-Tech construction projects across EMEA.

As an Associate Director, you will develop and execute a business plan targeting >20% annual growth, working closely with country P&L owners to align sector ambitions with operational goals.

Experience

• >10 years managing Data Centre or similar projects
• Established industry network
• Strong understanding of European design/codes and trends
• Proven track record in managing large projects or programs
• Experience with various procurement methods and contracts
• Multilingual skills preferred (German advantageous), with excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Degree in construction and/or engineering; professional memberships are desirable.
