The successful candidate will bring proven procurement or commercial management experience, likely MRICS/MCIPS, and a track record on major programmes and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with a broad range of contract and commercial models.
• Experience working on major programmes and projects.
• Experience in Energy and Natural Resources sector (Nuclear, T&D, Renewables, Conventional Energy).
• Experience in leading and managing teams.

Turner & Townsend is one of the leading consultancy providers to the Energy & Natural Resources sector, we are looking to recruit an Associate Director level, Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Managerto undertake a lead role.

As an experienced individual you will come with a wealth of experience in cost management ready to apply your existing knowledge in a new and dynamic environment. We are looking for a candidate comfortable in having challenging conversations with a consultative approach that can bring the best out of their team and client.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• The Associate Director performs the role of the Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex commissions.
• To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
