As an experienced individual you will bring a wealth of experience in cost management ready to apply your existing knowledge in a new and dynamic environment. We are looking for a candidate comfortable in having challenging conversations with a consultative approach that can bring the best out of their team and client.

Main Purpose of Role

• The Associate Director performs the role of the Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end‑to‑end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex commissions.
• To act as the key day‑to‑day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value‑added cost management service.

Qualifications

• Proven Procurement or Commercial Management experience
• Preferably MRICS or MCIPS
• Experience working with a broad range of contract and commercial models
• Experience of working on Major Programmes and ProjectsExperience of working in the Energy and Natural Resources sector (Nuclear, T&D, Renewables, Conventional Energy)
• Experience in leading and managing teams
