Fitch Ratings Limited is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our London office.

The Global Revenue Management Team (“GRM”) is responsible for the commercial renewal of Fee Agreements across Fitch’s existing portfolio with a focus on maximizing revenue growth through disciplined and consistent price application, GRM works closely with Fitch’s Business & Relationship Management team globally with representatives in Fitch’s offices across EMEA, Asia Pacific, Latin America and North America.

We’ll Count on You To:

• Manage a Renewal Portfolio across EMEA having responsibility for contract negotiations with issuers across multiple sectors in Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa
• Maximise revenue, coverage and retention opportunities through consistent application of the fee agreement renewal process.
• Work effectively with GRM colleagues to ensure departmental objectives, goals and KPI’s are met
• Support the administration of the quarterly Pricing Committee process
• Support the wider commercial function through collaboration with Issuer, Banker and Investor Development teams

What You Need to Have:

• Some professional experience in a client facing role, preferably in Financial Services (or similar) or skills related background
• Demonstrated track record of commercial achievements through application of well-rounded negotiating skills
• Strong numeracy and business writing skills with particular focus on quality and attention to detail
• Confident in both written and verbal communication (including presentation skills)
