Job summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially aware civil engineering professional to support the growth of its civils team, combining strong technical expertise with project leadership, team development and a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.

You will take a leading role in the delivery of below-ground drainage projects from inception through to completion, overseeing design quality, managing project delivery and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will also mentor and support junior engineers, helping to develop talent and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking team environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in drainage design, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation, industry standards and SuDS principles.
