Job summary

Conrad-Consulting is recruiting an Associate Director - Civils in London to shape the future of our established civils team. You will lead drainage project delivery, oversee design quality and nurture strong client relationships while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires a strong background in drainage design, SuDS, and proficiency with MicroDrainage and Civil 3D, with scope for business development and cross-project leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in drainage design and below-ground drainage projects.
• Solid understanding of legislation, industry standards and SuDS principles.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of below-ground drainage projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee design quality, manage multiple projects and build client relationships.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Talent development and proposals.
