Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry essential; prior people management experience required.
• 8–10+ years in clinical research/operations with data-driven monitoring focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Central Monitoring function across Jazz's clinical trials.
• Define, build, and maintain KRIs and centralized statistical monitoring analytics.
• Analyze data trends and risk signals to adjust monitoring strategies.
• Document and operationalize risk-based changes to monitoring plans.
• Lead central monitoring technology platforms and collaborate with IT/vendors.
• Present outputs and risk trends to study teams and leadership.
• Ensure inspection-ready documentation and act as SME during audits.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the monitoring team.
• Champion continuous improvement with AI and automation in monitoring.
