Job summary

Calibre Search is helping a major global organisation appoint an Associate Director - Building Surveyor in Bristol. The role combines technical surveying, client management, and team leadership within a growing Bristol Building Surveying team of around 30 professionals.

You will work across commercial, residential, education, defence, and public sector projects, mentoring junior staff and driving business development while delivering high-quality survey outputs. Hybrid working is typical.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong technical experience.
• Experience in mentoring / team management.
• Willing to operate at Associate Director level.
• Able to deal directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Balance project delivery with client facing work and business development.
• Lead Bristol Building Surveying team and mentor.
• Manage varied portfolio across sectors.
• Contribute to growth plans for the team.
