You will manage client relationships and mentor a growing team, delivering high-value built asset services for a diverse portfolio.

The role demands chartered expertise with a growth mindset, strong contract administration skills, and the ability to balance client needs with business performance.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered Building Surveyor with broad experience post MRICS qualification.
• Experience leading client engagements and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and financial skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of varied building surveying commissions across client portfolios and built assets.
• Build, develop and retain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser on strategic property and asset matters.
• Support regional growth by identifying opportunities, securing work and delivering commissions.
• Manage, mentor and develop junior team members, building capability and supporting the growth of future leaders.
