At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Belux, we’re looking for an Associate Director BPT Belux who will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation and unlocking business value through technology. This strategic role sits at the intersection of business and IT—connecting the Belux Leadership Team with our international BPT (Business Process & Technology) function to enhance performance, accelerate innovation, and future-proof our operations.

As our new BPT Country Lead – Belux, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Belux business on all BPT-related topics, including services, capabilities, and innovation opportunities.
  • Serve as the key liaison—representing Belux in global BPT discussions, and aligning BPT strategy and priorities locally.
  • Champion business outcomes: focus on value creation, driving measurable impact through technology.
  • Be a business partner first, and a BPT expert second—actively contributing as a member of the Belux Leadership Team.
  • Co-develop the local BPT strategy and roadmap in partnership with central BPT teams, and embed this into the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
  • Promote and embed BPT ways of working, encouraging early engagement and collaboration across teams.
  • Lead and be accountable for the successful delivery of BPT projects and services within Belux.
  • Act as the Belux lead for our Business Transformation tech enablement workstream (Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA), part of the Profectus program, driving local business readiness and adoption.
  • Collaborate with central teams including Strategic Business Solutions, Solution Delivery, Service Delivery, and Data & Analytics.
  • Oversee the execution of local IT initiatives and work closely with project managers to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Learn from other markets and share best practices to maximize synergies across the business.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops around topics like AI, digital innovation, and cybersecurity awareness.
  • Provide actionable business analysis and co-create business cases with stakeholders.
  • Act as the “BPT Home Manager” for all BPT colleagues in Belux—fostering engagement, connection, and a strong sense of community.
  • Play an active role in talent development, mentoring, and building future BPT leaders.

Profile

We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused leader with a strong digital mindset and a passion for driving business value through technology. You bring:

  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a comparable field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience—preferably in IT project delivery and with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Fluent English and either Dutch or French. (Both are a strong asset.)
  • A track record in managing and developing teams, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
  • A solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to support continuous improvement and simplification.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing IT systems and solutions.
  • Familiarity with core platforms such as SAP and/or Salesforce, and a working knowledge of data and analytics tools.
  • Strong project and change management skills, with experience in leading transformation initiatives.

You are a compelling communicator, able to simplify the complex and engage a range of stakeholders. You balance strategic thinking with practical execution and can confidently shape and drive the BPT roadmap for Belux. Your ability to connect dots, lead change, and build strong relationships across functions makes you a key asset to our business—and positions you for a rewarding career in an international environment.
