You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assessing resources and scope of work on projects to ensure that they are sufficient to meet project goals.
  • Assigning resource to jobs for projects.
  • Assuring information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) as per ISO 19650.
  • Assuring information standards, methods and procedures, and shared resources.
  • Developing a dashboard that tracks the allocation of resources to projects and identifies potential workload imbalances.
  • Developing an object library strategy.
  • Developing the client's digital handover strategy.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards for clients.
  • Implementing governance and assurance processes.
  • Improving existing client relationships to increase the chances of winning new contracts and extend current contracts.
  • Liaising with the Mace programme led to understand the client's needs and to ensure that the bid responses are compelling and aligned with the client's strategic goals.
  • Monitoring digital handover to completion.
  • Participating in industry events to stay up to date on the latest BIM developments.
  • Raising job requisitions to identify and recruit new talent for the BIM team.
  • Research compliance with new regulations and governance.
  • Reviewing and assessing bid responses to ensure these are compliant with the client's requirements and that they align with MACE Construct's capabilities.
  • Reviewing Autodesk construction cloud account management and stay up to date on the latest Autodesk developments.
  • Reviewing BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Reviewing current technology solutions and research new solutions that can be used to improve the BIM process including emerging technologies.
  • Staying up to date on the latest developments of applicable classifications.
  • Upskilling the client team, Mace project managers and design team by running BIM knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

  • Content Management Library Systems.
  • Autodesk Desktop Products. Autodesk Cloud Products.
  • Validation and Verification Tools.
  • Visualisation Tools.
  • Databases.
  • Advanced Understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, Common Data Environment (CDE), IFC, COBie, and Classifications.
  • Personal Effectiveness, Plans and organises, Collaborates and Networks, Solves Problems, Adapts and responds to change, Delivers results and exceeds clients' expectations.
  • Values sustainability and social responsibility, Acts inclusively.
  • Leads and supervises, Persuades and influences, Creates and innovates, Presents and communicates, Demonstrates entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
  • Level 7 qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Integrated master's degree, for example Master of Engineering (MEng), level 7 award, level 7 certificate, level 7 diploma, level 7 NVQ, master's degree, for example Master of Arts (MA), master of science (MSc), postgraduate certificate.

You'll also have:

  • An advanced understanding of GIS Tools and Adobe products.
  • Level 8 qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Doctorate, for example Doctor of Philosophy (PhD or DPhil), level 8 award, level 8 certificate, level 8 diploma.
