Dalkia Engineering has a fantastic opportunity for a Divisional Digital Engineering Lead to join our talented Digital Engineering Team in the South region. This is a key leadership role at the forefront of digital project delivery, where you'll play a vital part in shaping and driving the digital engineering strategy across complex, high-value projects.

This position requires travel to various project sites and offices, and you can be based anywhere in London, Kent, Cambridge, Nottingham or surrounding areas.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage a team of Digital Engineers across multiple projects
  • Ensure all projects are planned, managed, and delivered in full compliance with Dalkia’s ISO 19650 processes and standards.
  • Lead the delivery of digital training initiatives, supporting the continuous development of Dalkia’s digital community.
  • Take ownership of digital project delivery, including reporting, resource planning, and cost control within the assigned region(s) or sector.
  • Oversee both internal and external project execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery aligned with agreed objectives.
  • Manage and report all change control processes impacting Digital Engineering across active projects.
  • Provide regular regional project updates and performance reporting (KPIs) to the Technical Director – Digital.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant academic qualifications such as a Degree, Honours Degree, HNC, HND, VQ, National Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Professional registration with CIBSE or IET, or actively working towards accreditation.
  • Proven experience in BIM management, digital construction, or digital project delivery within the MEP, AEC, or construction engineering sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems.
  • Sector experience in one or more of the following is desirable: healthcare, commercial, leisure, MOD/MOJ, or education.
  • Proven experience overseeing projects with MEP values exceeding £50 million.
