Qualifications

• Experience in operational asset management and consultancy to improve asset performance.
• Ability to lead client engagements and work with investors, operators and asset owners.
• Proven capability to conduct operational reviews, market research and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational asset management and consultancy assignments across BTR, PRS and PBSA assets.
• Advise on operational strategy, asset performance and value enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct operational audits and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse portfolio performance and prepare market-leading strategic recommendations.
• Undertake market research, benchmarking and competitor analysis across living sectors.
• Develop business plans and operational improvement programmes for assets.
• Lead workshops with clients and stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Manage operator procurement processes including tenders and appointments.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to investors and owners.
• Produce market reports, asset reviews and investment recommendations.
• Contribute to growth of the consultancy practice through business development and thought leadership.
