Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited is representing an established architectural practice in London seeking an Associate, Senior Associate, or Associate Director to join their growing team.

You will lead projects and architectural teams on large-scale, technically complex schemes across residential, hospitality, commercial, or data centre sectors, working closely with clients and consultants, with hybrid working and clear progression.

Qualifications

• ARB/RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect.
• Significant post-qualification experience at Associate level or above.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and architectural teams across major schemes.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee multiple RIBA stages from concept to completion.
• Demonstrate strong design, technical and delivery capabilities.
