Associate or Associate Director needed to join a growing consultancy of Transport engineers! Based in the Waterloo area.

As the Associate Director, you will join a consultancy with an extensive track record of providing seamless advice to land developers and public sector bodies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Significant experience in development-led transport planning, with a key role in project management and delivery, is essential.

Experience in both the public and private sectors is required. Chartership is advantageous but not essential.

Must haves:

• Experience and knowledge of applying design guidance (LTN 1/20, DMRB)
• Strong understanding of the planning process in England
• Proficiency in software such as LinSig, Junctions 9/10, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Experience leading bids and financial proposals
