• Lead and develop the Building Surveying department, managing a team of Graduate and mid-level surveyors.
• Deliver a mix of professional and project work across retail, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Oversee key projects, including refurbishments, dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence.
• Drive business growth, develop client relationships, and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and technical excellence across all projects.
