  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with counterparties, including potential and existing investee companies alongside more senior investment officers as well as advisors and counterparties at other investing firms.
  • Monitor certain of GIC’s investments, which includes supporting GIC representatives at board meetings, tracking financial performance, interacting with management and other shareholders on a regular basis, and developing exit plans.
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects such as global sector reviews, market mapping of specific sub-sectors, and strategic reviews.

What makes you a successful candidate?

  • At least 1-3 years of work experience at a leading investment bank, consulting firm, in Private Equity, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong academic background or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in building financial/operating models.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for understanding businesses and what drives business quality and value.
  • Self-starter mindset with an ability to operate in a less structured environment.
