I am assisting a high-growth financial services start-up with an exciting role within a workday project.

We’re looking for a Workday Finance Processes & Controls Lead to bring clarity, consistency, and control to the finance function. If you love building structure from the ground up and want to own a critical piece of a rapidly growing company, this role is for you.

In this brand-new role, you’ll work closely with the CFO and senior finance leaders to:

• Design, document, and optimise end-to-end finance processes
• Create clear and detailed SOPs, process maps, and internal controls
• Develop user-friendly guides for using Workday within the finance team
• Align finance policies with system capabilities and audit requirements
• Partner with internal teams and external consultants to ensure best-in-class finance operations

Your work will embed operational efficiency, accountability, and audit readiness across the finance team.

You as the ideal candidate will be:

• A process-driven professional with experience in finance operations, internal controls, or finance transformation
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials highly preferred
• A natural communicator who can turn complexity into clarity
• Someone comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and leading documentation initiatives from scratch
